AutoCoat, LLC.

Alex Products, Inc. fostered the start-up of AutoCoat, LLC within A-Stamp Industries. in 2002, installing a TTX SST black e-coat line to support local production of automotive components.

AutoCoat tests and meets all required automotive specifications and is TS16949 Certified.

The convenience and logistic value of a local source, with a superior finish, has proven valuable to it's lasting customers which include: Alex Products Inc., A-Stamp Industries, and Dana Corporation.

To attract additional customers and continue growing its capabilities for current customers, in 2007 AutoCoat installed a dual powder coat line with multi-color capabilities to in-line paint a high volume, five-color seat riser program awarded to A-Stamp.

The dual line features two completely independent lines so color changes are seamless to the production line with zero change-over time needed. The capacity of the dual lines far exceeds the riser production, leaving capacity for additional colors and customers. Local manufactures can now take advantage of these technologies on a job-by-job, basis as capacity allows.

AutoCoat has been featured in trade magazines and presented on behalf of  "The Electro coat Organization" at a national trade show defining a full service painter.

Though young as a start-up company, the Management staff brings many years of experience to AutoCoat, resulting in performance - excellence driven with continuous improvement. The AutoCoat team hosts LEAN eventand Six Sigma projects, further engaging and training all it's associates. The lean facilitators are very proactive in cost prevention/reduction with each opportunity, bringing innovative racking and processing alternatives to the customer.  When coupled with related companies, AutoCoat is a stand-out because it adds value for the customer beyond finishing. In-house capabilities include: supplying complete subassemblies including formed wires and tubes, metal stampings, turned components, robotic welding and assembly of plastic components and bushings.
